Our client in Fermoy Co. Cork is seeking a highly experienced Delicatessen Manager to lead the daily operations of their delicatessen counter.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to address any customer concerns or complaints promptly. They should have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and supervise a team effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a deli or food service management position.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • HACCP training and certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
