Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an M&A Associate Director. As a key member of our Strategy & Transactions group, you will be responsible for leading and managing M&A transactions end-to-end, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, lead, and manage M&A transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure the quality of client deliverables
  • Identify business development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep technical knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis
  • Experience in presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables
