This is a highly sought-after opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic transactions, advising clients on complex corporate finance issues.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in M&A advisory, who can bring their technical expertise to our team. As an Associate Director, you will work closely with senior partners and directors to deliver high-profile transactions and provide guidance on key business decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments, from sell-side mandates to buy-side transactions, and will be responsible for managing teams and mentoring junior staff. Our team is known for its innovative approach, deep understanding of the changing capital agenda, and exceptional technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sell-side mandates through optimal positioning of assets or businesses
  • Identify target bidders, prepare information memoranda, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Manage buy-side mandates, identifying targets and working with clients to structure and negotiate successful transactions
  • Support clients with diverse strategic mandates relating to M&A
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Relevant analytical or financial qualifications
  • Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry experience
  • Analytical approach coupled with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • IT skills, to an advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
