M&A Manager Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking a skilled Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As an M&A Manager, you will be responsible for originating, leading and managing M&A transactions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions from start to finish.
  • Work effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior members on progress.
  • Understand client requirements, co-develop approaches with clients and provide value through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
  • Gather, verify and analyze information to formulate views.
  • Plan, prepare and review various deliverables including information memoranda, reports and presentations.
  • Anticipate and identify risks that require escalation and escalate them to senior staff as necessary.
  • Support deal origination and sector insight initiatives by identifying and analyzing business development opportunities.
  • Ensure work is properly executed, documented and concluded in compliance with quality and risk management guidelines.
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on M&A transactions and a deep understanding of the Corporate Finance landscape.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and able to identify potential areas of sensitivity.
  • Able to identify key issues on assignments and suggest workable solutions.
  • Experience presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients.
