We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join our M&A Advisory team in Ireland and internationally.


Job Description
Mission:

Our team focuses on delivering high-quality M&A advisory services, helping clients evaluate and navigate transactions to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, developing deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen.


Responsibilities:
  1. Originate, lead, and manage M&A transactions end-to-end (including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations).
  2. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior members on progress.
  3. Understand client requirements, co-develop our approach with the client, and provide value through insights, factual conclusions, and advice.
  4. Gather, verify, and analyze information to formulate views.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Deep technical knowledge of the Corporate Finance landscape, particularly M&A Lead Advisory.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify potential areas of sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
