Job Description

As a Director in our Mergers and Acquisitions practice, you will be responsible for managing sell-side mandates, identifying target buyers, preparing Information Memoranda, and negotiating commercial terms. You will also manage buy-side mandates, working with clients to structure and negotiate successful transactions.

  • Manage sell-side mandates through optimal positioning of assets or businesses.
  • Identify target bidders, prepare Information Memoranda, and negotiate commercial terms.
