You are ready to transition from scripted sales calls to consultative roles? If you have spent the last year prospecting, qualifying and creating pipeline, but want a career in a more challenging sales environment, then this is your opportunity. Come into recruitment using your Business Development skills for 6 months working as a BDR and expand your horizons: move from pitching a product now to finding customers who need to solve business problems through talent. You will get world-class training through a structured programme led by our leadership team toward becoming a recruitment consultant. This includes learning about the core competencies in recruitment, best practices and advertising strategies.

You will be responsible for discovery research and finding target companies and business contacts using LinkedIn, Lusha and other tools. You will map the market using LinkedIn, our CRM (Bullhorn), industry news and communities to identify projects, decision-makers and demand signals. You will create opportunities by running targeted outbound campaigns to new and existing clients and advise on solutions. You will collaborate with Marketing and Client Services on campaigns and with senior consultants on key accounts.

We are looking for someone with ~1 year in a BDR/SDR role (or similar outbound sales) with a track record of prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings. You should be consultative by nature, asking smart questions, listening deeply, and translating business problems into clear solutions. You should be process-driven, comfortable with structured outreach, pipeline management and data-led decision-making. You should be commercial and resilient, liking targets, learning from feedback and keeping momentum. You should be an excellent communicator with clear written and verbal skills, confident on the phone and video.

You will have a base salary plus uncapped commission and additional bonus when you meet or beat annual targets. You will have a structured learning path from BDR to associate consultant with coaching on discovery, objection handling, negotiation and account growth. You will have access to modern outreach tooling, including Bullhorn ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools that help you succeed.
