Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Site Manager to oversee a large-scale project in Athlone, Westmeath.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site labour force and specialist subcontractors
  • Monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets
  • Ensure high-quality work delivery and adherence to safety protocols
  • Maintain positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Previous Main Contractor experience in large-scale structural, external & groundwork's on commercial/mixed-use development/ residential / pharmaceutical / data centre projects
  • Third-level qualification or Trades background with excellent knowledge of Trades
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
Key Skills:

This role requires a professional who is proficient in Microsoft software and has excellent knowledge of Trades.

A successful candidate will be able to effectively manage and coordinate site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
