We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data centre projects and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial objectives and ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Your key responsibilities will include leading project procurement, ensuring clear and consistent cost management practices, providing commercial reports for key stakeholders, and collaborating with project teams to actively assess and respond to risks and opportunities.

You will work closely with our Commercial Director to deliver on commercial objectives and ensure the successful completion of our data centre projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners. You should also possess strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience of various procurement models and main contractor experience.
