Technical Excellence Leader Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead and mentor a team of technologists, combining leadership with technical expertise to drive innovation and quality across multiple projects. This role is office-based in Ireland (Dublin).

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, waterproofing systems, and sustainability principles. They will also have proven leadership and team management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage a team of Architectural Technologists ensuring effective project delivery and technical excellence.
  • Oversee the design, specification, and technical support on major projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve drawings, BIM/Revit models, and technical specifications to maintain accuracy and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related architectural technology discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, waterproofing systems, and sustainability principles.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to resolve technical challenges.
  • Solid experience with BIM/Revit and NBS platforms.
