Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator.

As a key member of the business, you will play a significant role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales opportunities for future business and collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective strategies.
  • Compile and distribute weekly reports to hotels within your cluster, guaranteeing they are informed about upcoming reservations and have all necessary details.
  • Enter rooming lists and confirm vital information with customers, emphasizing attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and verify payment from customers prior to their check-in date.
  • Upload group offers and bookings into our proprietary system (Opera).
  • Achieve an in-depth understanding of the Leonardo Hotels brand and its offerings.
