Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and developing business through sales activity with B2B clients, and managing a database of sales leads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound cold call activity
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals

This role is suitable for individuals with 2-4 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Lead Generation

We require an individual who can source and build a database of sales leads, using high volume outbound call activity.

Sales Pipeline Development

The ideal candidate will be able to develop a strong B2B pipeline through daily outbound call activity.

Account Management

We need someone who can manage all clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Revenue Targets

The successful candidate must meet and exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs.

Consultative Selling

We are looking for someone who can use a consultative selling approach to promote products to HR professionals and potential clients.
