Residential EHS Project Specialist

Job Overview:

  • Support a residential construction project in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and monitor site-specific health & safety protocols.
  2. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety briefings to ensure compliance.
  3. Collaborate in the creation of risk assessments and method statements.
  4. Deliver inductions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
  5. Verify adherence to Irish safety regulations and company standards.
  6. Assist in incident reporting and follow-up procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Health & Safety is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on civil or residential construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and site practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to site daily.
