Senior Leadership Position:

The selected candidate will become part of a well-established company, overseeing civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects on time and maintain quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

- Level 8 or 9 qualification in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field
- Chartered Engineer status
- At least 15 years of design and project leadership experience
- Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Track record of business growth
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Collaborative and adaptable approach
- Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation
