Clinical Care Director

The role involves overseeing the coordination and management of all nursing care activities to ensure high standards of patient care.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar clinical setting and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating nursing care activities to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Managing a team of nurses to provide effective patient care.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care.
Requirements for the position include:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- BSc Degree or higher in Nursing.
- At least 5 years of full-time relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an acute general medical/surgical setting.
- Proven clinical, professional, and managerial experience at CNM2 level or higher.
- Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development.
- IT literacy essential.
- Experience in implementing service improvements.
