We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist/Concierge to join our dynamic team in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the daily flow of activity on the Ground Floor, including reception and lobby hosting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a safe, functional, and well-managed workplace.
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives that maintain the office's standards and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
