Job Title: Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a deployment team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our highly successful team, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating how the system works to clients and answering questions related to implementation.

You will be responsible for installing a platform and ensuring client satisfaction with its purchase. Working with a team of skilled professionals, you will make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients following the sale of a platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systems
  • Create a project plan for each client, detailing tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of a customized system
  • Communicate with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approval
  • Configure the platform based on clients' individual needs and specifications
  • Educate clients on how to use a platform and customized system features
  • Create a document for each client, detailing all customizations made
  • Investigate challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicate with teams to resolve any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Jira and Zendesk (or similar)
  • Able to use data management systems
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
