Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to drive organizational change initiatives across the organization.

About the Role

This is a contract opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturer. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Designing and integrating change management tools and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
  • Ensuring effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
  • Providing guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and delivering a 'train-the-trainer' program to build internal capacity for change management.
  • Supporting trainers in mastering the change management methodology and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.
  • Establishing and facilitating a Community of Practice (CoP) for change management practitioners within the organization.
  • Acting as a change agent, providing expertise and support to leaders and teams in managing change effectively.
  • Ensuring alignment between change initiatives and organizational goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
  • A strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
  • Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in 'train-the-trainer' programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
