Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior ETF Fund Accounting professional to take on a new role at one of the world's most prestigious financial services organisations.

The SVP - ETF Fund Accounting will take responsibility for leading and overseeing multiple operational teams supporting ETF-related client services. This includes managing daily processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships, setting priorities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and managing operational risk.

The role also involves implementing process improvements, adapting procedures in response to new regulations, leading collaboration with auditors and clients on reporting accuracy and fund performance reviews, and recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Lead and oversee multiple operational teams supporting ETF-related client services
  • Manage daily processes including portfolio data preparation, creation/redemption order handling, settlement arrangements, rebalancing activities, and PnL calculations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving escalations promptly and effectively
  • Set priorities, ensure compliance with internal policies, and manage operational risk
  • Implement process improvements and adapt procedures in response to new regulations
  • Lead collaboration with auditors and clients on reporting accuracy and fund performance reviews
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration

Key skills and qualifications include degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, strong leadership experience, proven experience in ETF fund accounting, background in audit or Big 4 accountancy advantageous, proven client management and problem-solving skills, skilled in developing teams and driving operational excellence, and excellent communication skills and ability to manage change.
