  • Collaborate with account managers, delivery leads, and talent teams to design and implement tailored legal solutions
  • Manage complex legal engagements and drive transformation in legal service models
  • Oversee the deployment of legal secondees and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior legal stakeholders in client organizations
  • Work closely with the talent team to identify and match the right consultants for engagements
  • Drive the creation and delivery of scalable legal operations solutions
  • Develop training initiatives to support consultant upskilling

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

8+ years of experience in a legal role, including time spent as in-house counsel—ideally within a technology-driven environment.

Strong commercial instincts and a demonstrated ability to align legal services with client business goals.

Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with account managers, delivery leads, and talent teams to craft and implement legal solutions.

Proven ability to manage complex legal engagements and lead the transformation of legal service models into scalable solutions.

">

Deep stakeholder management experience with comfort engaging senior legal and business leaders.

Ability to guide and mentor consultants while cultivating a thriving legal community.
