**Social Work Leadership Opportunity**Cpl Healthcare is recruiting for a Social Worker Team Leader to work in Child and Family Services. This permanent position offers a relocation package and sponsorship of a critical skills employment permit.The successful candidate will lead a team of social workers, manage day-to-day provision of the service, and provide an initial assessment service. They will also be responsible for developing referral procedures with other social work services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including caseload management
  • Develop and implement referral procedures with other social work services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized qualification as a Social Worker, eligible for registration with CORU
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience working as a Social Worker, with some supervisory/management experience
  • Experience and interest in working in children and families services, child protection, and applying relevant legislation
Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between €70,277-€81,063 depending on experience
