Description

This position involves processing large volumes of invoices, resolving queries in a prompt manner, and monitoring AP mailboxes efficiently. You will also prepare creditors control accounts, produce lists of creditor balances, and process payments via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to supplier inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to financial transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
