Managing Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take on key commercial responsibilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, with recent exposure to main contractor environments.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to final account, managing budgets, subcontractors, and contractual obligations. Key tasks include leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, liaising with clients, project teams, and subcontractors, and ensuring commercial clarity and efficient contract management.

Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years' experience in quantity surveying with recent experience in a main contractor environment.
  • Proven track record managing budgets, subcontractors, and contractual obligations on medium-to-large projects.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
