Job Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to work in an automation environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

You will lead and mentor junior employees, providing training as required. You will also assist service technicians in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and setting expectations for safe work practices.
  • Providing guidance to junior technicians at the site.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Performing advanced troubleshooting support including diagnosing and repairing complex problems.
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting control components and other technical aspects.
  • Utilizing knowledge of Ethernet communication modules.
  • Assisting with inventory management and documentation.
  • Tracking downtime data and completing PM sheets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical school certificate or associate degree in Electrical/Electronics.
  • At least 7 years of experience in automated systems and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
