Are you a driven graduate looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in sales and solution engineering? Our 12-month Graduate Rotation Program offers a unique chance to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in both fields.

Program Structure
  • The program begins with an intensive onboarding period, where you will receive comprehensive training and enablement to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for success.
  • You will then embark on two distinct rotations, spending 60% of your time immersed in the role, working closely with stakeholders and developing key skills, and 40% focused on learning and development. You will be paired with experienced mentors who will guide and support you throughout the process.

Throughout your journey, you will have the opportunity to switch between the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path, gaining exposure to both roles and mastering the fundamentals of each. This will empower you to make a significant impact in your future career.

  • You will learn best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and drive business growth.
  • You will collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and build sales pipelines, honing your skills in social media, digital marketing, video platforms, chat, and phone outreach.
Solution Engineer Graduate Rotation
  • You will delve into our solutions at a deeper level, gaining a thorough understanding of our technical capabilities and how they can be applied to real-world problems.
  • You will work closely with the solution engineering team, supporting them in creating cutting-edge customer demonstrations and developing innovative solutions.
  • You will learn the art of customer discovery, developing a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
