Investment Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily tasks, attending periodic service review meetings and acting as the point of contact for issues related to NAV calculation.

In this role, you will support fund oversight activities, perform share and cash reconciliations checks, assist with daily activities involving custodians and check EMIR reporting activity.

Additionally, you will assist in the development and setup of fund administration and investment operations activities, including EMIR processes, to implement new products or amend existing ones.

Supporting the implementation/upgrades/revision of investment control processes and procedures with fund administrators, custodian banks, asset managers and other external service providers is also key to this role.

As an Investment Administrator, you will also assist with the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports on portfolio holdings/performances and other investment matters to support internal committees and other company functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance/asset management industry in a role related to fund administration/accounting
  • Exposure to asset classes including fixed income, equities, monetary collective investment vehicles and derivatives
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail problem-solving attitude quick learner with very good analytical skills
