Cafe Operations Leader

- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
- Professional handling of customer feedback and creation of a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintenance of high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service quality
- Collaboration with head office on promotions, product launches, and new initiatives
- Adherence to financial, cash handling, and administrative procedures
- At least 2 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or food retail management
- Strong background in customer service and team leadership
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Barista or food prep experience is an asset but not essential
