Job Title: Proposal Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled proposal development lead to oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for major infrastructure and consultancy projects in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong writing, editing, and project management skills who can work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in bid writing and/or bid management, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive bid strategy that meets client requirements and win themes.
  • Lead the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through submission.
  • Coordinate input from technical, commercial, and operational teams to develop cohesive proposals.
  • Manage bid timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and CVs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid writing and/or bid management, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools.
