We're seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing client proposals that drive the success of our clinical trial projects and advance innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.
  • Manage proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in proposal development, preferably in clinical research or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
