Job Objectives

The post holder will be responsible for planning and providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological services across the business to individuals with complex mental health needs. This includes assessing, reviewing, implementing programs, and making diagnoses as required.

  • Deliver a range of psychological services, including assessment, review, program implementation, diagnostics.
  • Promote and deliver services within the organization's ethos and philosophy, prioritizing person-centered care.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated and coordinated service to clients and contribute to the development of personalized plans.
  • Provide expert advice, support, and training to staff, parents, and families.
Skills Requirement
  • Possess a recognized professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology.
  • Clinical graduates completing their post-graduate qualification in clinical or counseling psychology are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified professionals outside the Republic of Ireland must have their qualification validated by the Department of Health or meet compensatory criteria set up by the Department.

Ongoing professional development is supported through dedicated time for relevant training and budget allocation.
