
Performance Measurement and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to develop performance measurement and analytics software.
This role involves collaborating with a talented team of Data Engineers and Systems Analysts to develop software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in large software projects focusing on requirements gathering and systems analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating data flow and system diagrams, writing complex SQL queries, and engaging with relational databases.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced SQL skills, proficiency with tools like JIRA and JIRA Align, particularly Scrum Boards, and a strong understanding of modern data architectures and ETL frameworks.
You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for collaboration across teams. A third-level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a talented team of Data Engineers and Systems Analysts to develop software solutions.

- Write complex SQL queries and engage with relational databases.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, contributing to user stories and requirements gathering.
- Experience in large software projects focusing on requirements gathering and systems analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align, particularly Scrum Boards.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and ETL frameworks, along with data modeling best practices.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle and Snowflake databases; familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark and EMR is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for collaboration across teams.
- Financial Services industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
