Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Programme Controls Lead to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert Project Controls services across the programme, ensuring effective cost management, project scheduling, reporting, and risk management.
  • Facilitate programme controls meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consistency in programme controls methodology.
  • Monitor and report on all projects within the programme, providing cost, time, and risk information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of Project Controls professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in project financial and cost management systems, with at least 3+ years in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of risk management systems and corporate risk strategies.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budget monitoring and coordination.
  • Experience in programme scheduling and resource integration.
  • Excellent project management skills and organizational abilities.
