Billing and Collections Leadership Opportunity

CPL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the billing and collections team.

  • Oversee the team's workload, structure, and development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach team members on achieving key performance indicators for billing and work in progress.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new billing assistants, reviewing updates to training materials as needed.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant billing cycles by providing coaching support and implementing training to optimize the work in progress to cash cycle and balance workloads during peaks and troughs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, drive performance improvement, and have in-depth knowledge of billing processes, including timely and accurate billing cycles, credit control, and resolving billing issues.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in billing or finance roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Professional accounting qualification desirable.
  • Proficient in English.

- Timely and accurate billing cycles
- Effective credit control and resolution of billing issues
