Our esteemed establishment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to spearhead the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mise en place and service in the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality dishes.
  • Preparation of fine dining cuisine with a focus on French and European style brasserie type food, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration with the kitchen team to drive innovation and excellence in culinary offerings.
  • Assistance with menu planning and development, incorporating feedback and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
  • Professional Cookery qualification or equivalent catering education/or kitchen training, highlighting expertise and knowledge.
  • Food Hygiene training/experience, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop own skills, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

A competitive salary and benefits package are offered for this full-time permanent position with 39 hours per week.
