Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Fund Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the administration function, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Private Equity Funds.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the investment teams
  • Assisting with fund accounting, transfer agency and financial reporting
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing excellent client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accountant or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in an accounting environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

You should also have a good understanding of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS, as well as a working knowledge of the Irish regulatory/tax regime as it relates to fund accounting and financial reporting.
