
Administrative Associate

As a key member of our team, you will assist with the daily administration of various fund structures under the guidance of a senior professional. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial operations and work closely with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of fund administration, management company activities, and associated fund structures.
- Support with company secretarial matters including agenda preparation, collation and distribution of board packs, and drafting meeting minutes for routine meetings.
- Undertake office and clerical tasks as needed.
- Prepare payment instructions to settle fund expenses and maintain accurate investor records on eFront.
- Process investor changes and assist with routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master degree).
- Fresh graduate to 2 years' experience.
- Basic technical knowledge with relevant in-house training provided through our academy.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
