Accommodation Team Member

We are seeking a diligent Accommodation Team Member to join our team.

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in bedrooms, public areas, and linen.
  • Maintain assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest hygiene standards.
  • Verify rooms meet company 4-star standards before returning them to reception.
  • Exchange bed linen and towels according to schedule and standard.
  • Organize accommodation trolleys, caddies, and storage presses in an orderly manner.
  • Hand over guest property left behind to the Accommodation Manager for lost property processing.
  • Coordinate with supervisor regarding room moves, VIP guests, and special needs.
  • Notify the supervisor/manager promptly of any maintenance issues.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and personnel exercises designed to improve performance levels and customer service.
  • Implement customer relation policy and communicate hotel services to guests effectively.
