Construction Design Project Manager

Our client is an established construction company building medium and large-scale projects throughout Ireland.
They are a young, dynamic, innovative, award-winning, sustainable contractor who has built many key public and private projects nationally, including primary and secondary schools, third-level campus buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, low and high-density residential projects, hotels, manufacturing facilities, life sciences, commercial utilities, high-tech, healthcare, and primary care centres.
The role requires a Design Coordinator in Limerick with office and site-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the design process from inception to completion
- To work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver project requirements
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
