Job Title: Enterprise Access Management Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Enterprise Access Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management, integration & operational support of access technologies.

The successful candidate will provide daily operational administration of the access environment, independently handling routine technical issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational administration of the access environment.

  • Monitor and respond to alerts generated by access solutions.

  • Deliver the access service in line with the strategic roadmap.

  • Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of access solution components.

  • Support version upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the environment.

  • Manage and execute routine change activities.

  • Participate in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing.

  • Contribute to automation opportunities within access operations.

  • Support team members and act as a technical resource.

  • Maintain quality documentation.

  • Collaborate with senior technical resources and other departments.

  • Participate in access forum meetings.

  • Adhere to risk management programs and security policies.

  • Support Audit and Governance requirements for access.

  • Participate in Critical Incident Response for major incidents.
