Enterprise Access Governance Specialist

This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams and driving global initiatives in the areas of access management, remediation, and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices and leading toolsets.

  • Oversee cross-functional teams and drive global initiatives in the areas of access management, remediation, and transformation.
  • Analyse complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user access and present outcomes to Senior Management.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Customer Identity and Access Management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design access management solutions for clients operating in a regulated environment.
  • Oversee the execution of Information Security and privacy inherent to client engagements.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork, and individual accountability with engagement team members.

The successful candidate will have experience in analysing, designing, and implementing controls around password management, privileged access request, approvals, and monitoring, as well as significant experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management, including Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), recertification, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and Identity and Access Management governance.
