Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to support a key project with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. As a critical member of the project team, you will work closely with end users and stakeholders to design and build test plans, providing structure and oversight to ensure quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing activities for the SAP (SuccessFactors) and M&E project.
  • Work with end users and business team members to build and execute test plans.
  • Provide guidance to ensure testing quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate defect management and report on testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support the rollout of devices as part of the project scope.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide business users.
