Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product development teams to deliver First of a Kind (FOAK) Factory Witness Testing as per client specifications.
  • Manage the pre-Factory Witness Testing process across all products to ensure each product is fully operational and functional.
  • Collaborate with factory stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in product development and management.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data centre commissioning and HVAC/BMS controls.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
