Job Description

As a Client Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include writing internal client briefs, implementing communications planning processes, and managing clients' communications plans.

You will work closely with specialists to ensure the client brief is delivered on time and within budget. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

  • Assist in writing internal client briefs to align with agreed strategies.
  • Implement and execute communications planning processes in collaboration with specialists.
  • Manage clients' communications plans, including timelines and budgets, and communicate directly with clients as required.
  • Create composite media plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall strategy.
  • Assist in audits and PCA (Planned Creative Allocation) processes to ensure seamless delivery.
