
Client Growth Specialist

As a Client Growth Specialist, you will proactively drive new product adoption and cultivate strong relationships across our existing customer base through onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling. You'll advocate for the customer internally and focus on delivering a positive experience.
The role is rooted in relationship management, with an emphasis on identifying customer needs and communicating the value of our product.
Responsibilities:- Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and onboarding experiences
- Build relationships with customers to establish trust and create opportunities for growth
- Carry out the full sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing customer accounts
- Advise customers on leveraging our solution effectively
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Support, Product, Finance, and Legal)
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated by building long-term and lasting relationships
- Driven by the opportunity to make a visible impact
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Customer-minded, aiming to provide maximum value
- Excited by working in an ever-evolving environment
- Fluent in German
