Job Title: Client Growth Specialist

As a Client Growth Specialist, you will proactively drive new product adoption and cultivate strong relationships across our existing customer base through onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling. You'll advocate for the customer internally and focus on delivering a positive experience.

The role is rooted in relationship management, with an emphasis on identifying customer needs and communicating the value of our product.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and onboarding experiences
  • Build relationships with customers to establish trust and create opportunities for growth
  • Carry out the full sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing customer accounts
  • Advise customers on leveraging our solution effectively
  • Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Support, Product, Finance, and Legal)
Requirements:
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated by building long-term and lasting relationships
  • Driven by the opportunity to make a visible impact
  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Customer-minded, aiming to provide maximum value
  • Excited by working in an ever-evolving environment
  • Fluent in German
