We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Associate Director to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our Regulatory Advisory practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies and solutions for clients.

  • - Provide expert guidance and support to clients on regulatory matters, including core regulatory requirements, recovery and resolution, and operational resilience.

  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client needs.

  • - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in regulatory policy and law.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:

  • - Strong understanding of regulatory rules and reporting requirements, including Basel III, CRR/CRD, BRRD, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, STE, Pillar III, and Ana Credit returns.

  • - Experience implementing recovery and resolution regulations.

  • - Ability to analyze and submit consolidated reports to regulators (CBI, ECB, JST) and perform risk identification and materiality assessments.

  • - Familiarity with regulatory reporting control frameworks and risk policies.

  • - Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify legal and commercial risk.
