HR Business Partner

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, fully understanding and addressing people challenges and opportunities. They will use internal and external data to define business requirements and co-create solutions with leads and COEs.

This role involves driving change initiatives, supporting organisational transformation, and fostering a customer-centric and agile work environment. The successful candidate will hold deep understanding of people processes and encourage management accountability, while coaching and guiding managers to achieve high levels of employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience by assessing the talent landscape, gathering insights through employee interactions, reviewing engagement survey insights, and sharing data and insights with leaders

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and multi-jurisdictional environment

  • Proven track record of managing business organisational change and transformation projects

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to partner with business leaders
