Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Training and Development Consultant to join our team at Daft.ie. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to estate agents across Ireland. Your primary focus will be on helping agents grow their businesses through vendor-funded marketing strategies.
Your mission will be to empower agents to offer vendor-funded advertising as a key value proposition to property sellers. This will involve educating and supporting agents to effectively communicate the benefits of Advantage Ads to vendors. By doing so, you'll help agents achieve increased listing exposure, attract more buyer leads, and ultimately achieve a higher sales price for their clients.
This is a part-time position (2 days per week), ideal for a motivated individual passionate about training, development, and driving growth in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Customized Training Programs
- Create engaging training content to educate agents on the benefits and implementation of vendor-funded advertising.
- Design workshops and coaching sessions tailored to agents' needs.
- Provide Agents with Essential Tools and Resources
- Equip agents with effective communication scripts, checklists, and guides.
- Deliver customized training materials for agents to use in their daily client interactions.
- Mentor Agents to Enhance Their Confidence and Competence
- Coach agents to build confidence in discussing vendor-funded marketing with sellers.
- Utilize role-playing, situational exercises, and feedback sessions to reinforce learning and address challenges.
- Cultivate Partnerships with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Evaluate Training Impact and Effectiveness
- Track training participation and success through feedback, success stories, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas requiring additional support and communicate accordingly.
Requirements
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in delivering engaging, results-driven training programs, preferably within real estate or a similar sales environment.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Irish real estate market and vendor-funded advertising is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
- Adaptability: A proactive approach to tailoring training to diverse agent needs and market conditions.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to plan, deliver, and track training activities efficiently.
