Experienced Employment Law Specialist sought to join a prestigious international law firm in Belfast. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, varied employment matters and advise a wide range of clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, transport, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing expert advice on TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.">
  • Leading or supporting multi-jurisdictional projects such as global restructurings, compliance reviews, and policy rollouts.">
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay.">
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and employment policies.">
  • Conducting investigations into workplace grievances and whistleblowing allegations.">
  • Advising on data privacy matters and managing data subject access requests.">

Candidate Profile:

A qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with relevant employment law experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of handling complex employment matters, ideally with multi-jurisdictional exposure.
