Job Description

This newly created role will be a vital addition to our global team, spearheading initiatives alongside banking leaders. As the Banking Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and growth of trade finance and supply chain finance products. The global nature of this role involves close partnerships with esteemed clients and requires a proactive approach from conceptualization through commercialization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Architect and implement product strategies and roadmaps for existing products and future initiatives.
  2. Serve as an expert in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to market release.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to execute product roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
  4. Drive product innovation, design, and content creation, fostering breakthrough solutions.
  5. Engage in product solutioning and discovery sessions with prospects and clients to tailor offerings that meet their needs.
Your Profile

  • Demonstrated expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
  • A solid grasp of technology integration within banking systems is desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, product management, and the software development lifecycle.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and exhibit a mix of creative, logical, and innovative thinking.
  • Previous experience in banking or software firms, with a focus on product development and collaboration with development teams.
  • Familiarity with Bills of Lading and logistics of trade is advantageous.
