Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure room service calls are handled efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong work ethic and customer-centric mindset required.
  • Excellent spoken English required.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills required.
  • Ability to learn new information required.
